I've always had a healthy fascination with human behaviour. I love uncovering the origins of societal norms and why people choose to obey them. This curiosity lead me to the Anthropology Department at McGill University in Montreal, Canada where I studied Archaeology and both historical and postmodern Ethnography.

    The Seeds of Passion

    I discovered the world of User Experience (UX) while finishing my undergraduate degree. I was looking for a career that would allow me to firmly plant one foot in Ethnography and creativity and the other foot in innovation. I immersed myself in UX literature and started experimenting with research projects.

    World Travel

    After spending five years studying the world, I was dying to have my own adventure. I moved to Dubai, UAE and worked as a flight attendant for Emirates Airlines. For a year and a half I traveled constantly, interacting with customers and colleagues from over 120 nationalities.

    Hong Kong

    Hong Kong's technology industry is in the midst of a renaissance. It's an astonishingly exciting place to grow as a professional. I took my experience in UX and extended my skills to include front-end development while mingling in the HK startup community.
